In India, most villagers in rural areas are unable to afford basic healthcare services. The unfortunate outcome is that thousands of people die and lose hope due to a lack of regular access to these vital services. Many families and children struggle with malnutrition, malaria and jaundice. These and many other illnesses lead to complex medical issues impacting the individual, families and communities we serve. This further impacts each family financially and spiritually.

In response to the overwhelming needs of the communities we serve, HOMM conducts medical camps on a monthly basis in many remote locations. Not only do the camps help discover and prevent disease, they also provide opportunities to treat ongoing medical conditions. As a result, HOMM’s monthly medical camps provide help to more than 3,000 individuals and families annually. This vital community outreach program ultimately provides opportunities to share Christ’s love and hope within the communities we serve.
